Cancellation Policies for Direct Customers :
Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival date have a charge of $25 for administrative expenses, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
Cancellations received 15 – 29 days before arrival date, will be penalized with 50% of the total amount charged.
Cancellations received 0 – 14 days before arrival date of the client, will be penalized with 100% of the total amount charged.
In case of No Show at all *when the customer does not arrive on the reserved date), penalization will be for 100% of the total amount charged. |
